In 2006, Kevin O'Loughlin, Barry O'Loughlin, Gary Byrne and Senan Finucane started Nostra from a windowless office in Greenogue, Dublin. Four staff, one 2004 Jeep Cherokee and a belief that every business deserves an IT partner it can trust.
At one point the business was €1 million in debt and the founders were living on pasta. We dug our way out by doing one thing consistently: looking after customers properly. That's still how we grow.
