Nostra Technologies Limited (CRO 430981), 20D Beckett Way, Parkwest Business Park, Dublin 12, D12 T6P6, Ireland ("Nostra", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: support@nostra.ie or 01 293 6936.
The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company and message. We use it to respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest) and, only where you tick the consent box, to send you occasional updates (consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any message).
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files load; see Google's privacy policy for details.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case contractual retention periods apply. Marketing consents are kept until withdrawn.
We don't sell or trade personal data. Enquiry data is processed by the service providers who run our website hosting and CRM, under data processing agreements, within the EU/EEA or under appropriate safeguards.
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any right, contact support@nostra.ie. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Nostra is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Data sent through this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
